All DNS settings are now upgraded and updated and the servers are connected and working properly.
At this moment all email addresses that we received a request for are functioning.
Please use the following settings in order to retreive and send email:
Incoming (POP) mail: pop.secureserver.net
Outgoiing (SMTP) mail: smtpout.secureserver.net
In order to be able to send emails you need to make sure that the outgoing server requires authentication is checked (ON). That option is found in the servers settings in Outlook en Outlook Express.
Your username for the email account is your full email address (including the @interneeds.net)
That should make it work. If you are still experiencing problems, you could send us an email at our helpdesk email address.
Please use your complete email address and your password.
